| Artist's statement
The process of ceramic creation means taking pleasure in, finding
ways out, and tackling challenges head-on. Earth, fire and ideas
are interwoven and intermingled. The moment when the kiln door
is opened, a mixed feeling of anxiety and anticipation is always
there. It feels exactly like waiting before the laborlabour
and delivery room. The final touch of a piece of work marks
not the end of creation but the starting point of another discovery
odyssey. |
